Evelyn Mavis Dyer was born in Subiaco‚ Western Australia. Her Mother was Lena Florence Dyer‚ father unknown. Husband Ernest Dyer was away on WW1 duties. Lena went back to NSW in 1919 where I feel she privately adopted out Evelyn. NSW does not have state adoption records until 1921. Evelyn is my Aunt. Any information would be appreciated and would fill in a mystery in my ancestry tree.
