Hi‚ I’m looking to find my youngest brother‚ he’s known as ’Andrew’ but would maybe changed his name?. He use to live around Footscay area and the last we heard he had children in a home?. We don’t know any more than that except he use to wear very thick glasses and blondish hair when he was young. He has just lost his Big sister Julie who passed on the 11th Nov this year.
