Hi I’m looking for my sister who I am lead to believe is my twin, I was also adopted out at six weeks of age and on my hospital card Two names were also listed ( Brooke and Anna )and my birth date has been widely confused with two dates being listed, family members have also confirmed that there were twins she would be turning 42 in July like myself
