Place of birth Address details may not state name of hospital because I gave birth in the back seat of my father’s car as he pulled up outside of The hospital (which is no longer operating) On the corner of Lonsdale & Russell Streets Melbourne on September 15th 1970. My stepmother wouldn’t allow me to look at my baby let alone have a hold but I was told by a nurse that I had a boy who I named David as stated on the adoption papers I signed on October 9th 1970.
