Hello. I was born in Thanh Vinh Hoa (Sa Dec). My father was an American serviceman. The Vietnamese name recorded for me was Nguyen Thuy Phuong. Sister Anisie from the Hoa Khanh orphanage was listed as my godmother on my baptismal certificate. According to information from my adoptive parents, I did not arrive at the orphanage immediately after birth. The sisters thought I was suffering from malnutrition, but I had actually contracted polio. I was subsequently treated in France. My biological father’s surname is believed to be Allen. Bonjour‚ Je suis née à Than Vinh Hoa (Sadec). Mon père était militaire américain. Le nom vietnamien inscrit était NGUYEN THUY PHUONG. Soeur Anisie de l’orphelinat HOA KHAN a été notée ma marraine sur mon certificat de baptême. Je ne suis pas arrivée dès ma naissance à l’orphelinat selon les informations recueillies auprès de mes parents adoptifs. Les soeurs pensaient que j’avais un souci de malnutrition mais en fait j’avais contracté la polio. J’ai été soignée en France par la suite. Mon père biologique porte à priori le nom de famille ALLEN.
