I was born on December 13, 1983. I was adopted the day after I was born (12/14/83). I think I was born at Holy Cross Hospital which is now Salt Lake Regional. I was adopted through LDS Social Services. The social worker took me home the night I was born and the following day took me to my adopted parents.
