I’m doing research for Michael Henderson, birth parents unknown, born in Brigham City, Utah. An Ancestry DNA test as been done. No close matches have been made. However from cousin connections I believe one of his birth parents last names was most likely Shell. He sent me the following information from his adoptive mother, now deceased: State File # 63-02-20091. Registrar’s #482. Born 7:40 pm Oct 27, 1963. Dr. Otto F Smith, MD. in Cooley Memorial Hospital. I suspect the file number is from his adoption papers or birth certificate from when that was filed. She also wrote that his birth mother was a Danish, Irish, Dutch decent, blonde hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, 158 lbs 5’8" tall. His birth father: similar heritage, red hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, 150 lbs, 5’9" tall. His adoptive parents received him on Nov. 1, 1963 at 1pm
