I am looking for my nephew. He was given the name Tyler Casey (White or Crockett) at birth, but it was changed at adoption. He was born in December of 1989 in Logan Utah, at Logan Regional Hospital. Birth parents are Casey Larry Crockett and Jennifer Michelle White. The adoption was completed through LDS Adoption Services. As far as we know...he was adopted by a family in Ogden Utah. One of the parents was an educator and the other one I’m unsure about. They had a daughter at the time Tyler was adopted. I hope and pray that this will be a door opener to find him. There hasn’t been a day that passes that we do not think about him. My parents, his grandparents are getting older and they want nothing more than to see Tyler and know he is ok.
