Looking for my mother’s cousin who was given up for adoption abt 1939-1940 as a baby. Grace Ann Waters was named after her paternal grandmother. Had a brother that passed as an infant prior to her birth. Jerry is buried in Salt Lake. Notes from my Grandmother state she was adopted in Ogden‚ UT. Parents were Richard and Ocie Waters. I have no idea if this was a formal adoption.
