I was born in Orem at the Timpanogos Regional Hospital. I was adopted through the "Adoption Center of Choice" in Orem‚ which is now closed. I aspirated Meconium and was life flighted to Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. The attending doctor at Timpanogos Hospital was E. William Parker‚ M.D.. Cory Atkinson and Kirsten Atkinson are my adoptive parents. I would like to know who my birth parents are to let them know that I am well and thank them. I want to make sure that they are ok and maybe ask them a few questions about medical history and my adoption story.
