My mother gave birth to a blonde hair blue eyed boy June 1989 in Ogden, Utah. I believe she used LDS. She left information with them so that if he wished he would be able to contact her. But I’m 100% that the info is outdated except her first name Michele. She was 19 at the time. She never saw a birth certificate so I think the adoption was already in the process when she gave birth.
