I am looking for my birth father‚ my half sister (who was also given up for adoption a after I was born) from my birth mother Connie Sue Atherton Steffner and any family that my birth mother who has now since passed away may have. My birth mother‚ Connie was also given up for adoption so there are a lot of questions that I have. My birth mother‚ Connie lived in Salt Lake City‚ Utah and was born in Boise‚ Idaho Sept 15‚ 1952. I am told that her adoptive mother Isabelle Burgener Atherton had a sister who was a Franciscan Sister with the Catholic Church who probably had helped with the adoption processes for her. I was adopted through Children’s Aid of Utah and I’m also looking for my birth father. I was born in Salt Lake City‚ Utah in May 1970. The only things I know about my father that I am sure of is that I have his blue eyes and his chin because I have a cleft in my chin. Connie had green eyes. I have naturally white blonde hair like she did when she was a teenager when my father would have known her. Connie also had another daughter that she gave up for adoption a couple of years after she had me and I do not know her birthdate and she didn’t tell anyone else the date‚ I think she was born in or around Boise‚ Idaho area between 1972 early 1973 and I would like to find her as well if she has any interest to find me.
