I was born in Utah valley Hospital August 9th 1959. It was through Children’s aid society. I paid Utah Children’s aid society for any information but the are no longer in our state. I have tried getting information through the LDS church records but the are sealed. I have needed medical record that are extremely now that I am getting up in years myself. Thank you for any information I might get.
