Hi. I’m Jack. I’m a transgender man looking for my birth parents. I know that I was roughly 2 weeks old when I was adopted‚ and I was born in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City‚ Utah. The last name of my birth mother was accidentally included - Savage. My understanding is that she was 16 when she gave birth‚ and had juvenile arthritis‚ as did her sister.
