My name is Stacy Agee Salazar I went through adoption center of choice out of Orem Utah at the time in 2004 I had a little girl and on the same day she was born she was giving up for adoption but with an open adoption I named her destiny Ray the adopted parents named her Maya Nicole she should be 18 this year I believe her adopted parents’ names was Tim and Tracy she was born and I want to say Provo Utah the hospital that’s there. The adopted parents sent pictures the first few years they were supposed to keep me updated at all times but adoption center of choice got sued and closed down and I have not heard from any of my children I have three children that were put up for adoption through adoption center of choice in 2004-2005 and 2011 I have not had contact with any of my three children and that is not that was not the agreement I was supposed to be able to watch them grow and keep update updates with him and pictures and letters and I haven’t received anything in years please help me find my children this is the first one I’ll fill out another application for the other two
