Looking for a son born in a Salt Lake City hospital. It may have been Uof U‚ don’t remember. Adoption through LDS Social Services which no longer exists. I was told adopted mother was LDS and a nurse and adopted father had a shunt like my baby boy needed after birth. This son was born a premie and new parents wrote letter saying they named him Christopher and said he had an older sister who was a naturally born child to the parents. Father was a carpenter‚ mother played and taught piano.
