I am looking for my daughter who’s name was Sara Rose Cruz at the time of adoption and my son Eddie Brannon. They both were adopted by the state of Utah thru DCFS. Sue Rapp was the dcfs caseworker. They got adopted when they were 7 and 5 years old by a Mormon family. I got told the name of the adopted parents are Stephanie and Howard.
