I was adopted ( from what I was told). in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1951 by Royce and Bill Bailey. However, this information MAY NOT be true, because these people never gave me a full explanation or story. So, I really have no realistic I formation to enable me to start. They are both deceased now, which leaves me with nothing.
