I am trying to find an adopted sibling. My Dads name is Russ Petersen and he is the birth Father . All I know is the birth mothers name is Carianne but could be spelled differently. He was told by a case worker that she would be giving birth to a baby girl around Valentine’s Day of 1995 and that the birth mother had chosen adoption and he was asked to sign to agree on the very day he even found out she was pregnant . He never heard anything else. This was in Utah.
