I was adopted in Utah from the Salt Lake City Hospital‚ in Salt Lake City. My birth mom apparently gave me up due to financial reasons after she had my brother and he is 2 when I was born. I was born around 5 am. My name is Hannah Jacobs and I was born on April 24‚ 2008. My mom plus sibling(s) are apparently from Texas but did the adoption in Utah due to the adoption laws being in the adoptees favor. I want to find my siblings a lot since I’ve always wanted them and have been an only child since I was born. I wouldn’t mind meeting my birth mother but most of all I want to meet my siblings….
