I am looking for the birth family of my father. He was born 12/09/1946 in Indianapolis, Indiana. His birth name was Charles Brown. He was in and out of the foster system until he was adopted by Joseph and Margaret Loveridge in 1948 in Provo, Utah. All we know is that he had several other siblings (may have been the 13th child of the family.)
