My daughters Layla born in Kansas and Lilyan born in PA were taken by the state of Utah in dec 2010 and adopted in may of 2012 I believe. Layla had 2 setts a tube in her ears before she was 3. Lilyan has a green bunny that roars that was made at build a bear. Both girls have blond hair and blue eyes. My Maiden Name is Boyd‚ I grew up in DCFS custody and joined the military in 2005. Layla was born on military base Fort Riley KS in 2007. Lilyan In Hersey PA in 2008. Lilyan was born very premature at 28 weeks and has cerebral palsy quite possibly. After the girls were placed for adoption I moved back to PA but I am in utah now. The caseworker that handled the case was Wendy Ottley and the Judge was Lindsely in 3rd district court. Their last names at birth where Cook. Mine is now Bennett. We love them very much and want them in our lives in whatever way they will let us. We love and miss you.
