My name is Carrie Bell - It was Carrie Houston at the time of adoption. The hospital she was born in was St Marks in Salt Lake City, UT in September of 2000. I believe the parents names were Mike and Savannah and the baby was Savanna Lynn. At the time of adoption, they lived in Lehi, Utah. It was an open adoption through Cherished Child (no longer in business) I had minimal correspondence with them up until about 15 years ago and have since lost contact.
