My daughter Samantha was born in orem, ut. Her adoptive parents are Laurie and Evan. We went through the adoption agency ACC , which was shut down by the state of Utah. It was an open adoption, as far as getting pictures and letters. We don’t have last names as the agency kept that from us. She will be 20 this November and I don’t want her to have to search like I had to search for my birth mom.
