My “mother” left my brother and I around 1998-99‚ and moved to Utah‚ where we’ve heard rumors of her having birthed a boy and girl‚ that were given up for adoption. I’m assuming she was still in the Salt Lake City area when this happened. She later had a set of twin girls (whom I’ve met and know) around 2009. The two siblings i am searching for are born somewhere between 1999 - 2008.
