My mom was adopted internationally by the Drumgoole family, but it has different spellings. Rosa Drumgoole or also known as Rosie Williams and Rosie Drumgoole adopted my mom Kina Williams from a wealthy family. They say her name originally was supposed to be spelled Keina but it was changed at school. Shirley Drumgoole is the person who wanted my mom. I know Russia and the Middle East has significance but I am also searching in other countries as well. Again, her family was wealthy, not sure if they were a part of a Royal Family or not.
