I am looking for my birth parents. I was born at Hendrick Hospital in Abeline Texas‚ Dec. 31 1964. I was adopted from the local court house by Elbert and Phyllis Foster‚ it was a closed adoption. I’ve tried several times unsuccessfully to request records. The only information I’ve been told is that my birth mother was possibly a hair dresser that couldn’t afford a child.
