She also went by Debbie ) and David Earl Brown. They had 3 previous children Paul Dwayne Brown‚ Cynthia Ann Brown and Michael David Brown. Paul’s DOB 1-16-81‚ Cynthia 6-5-82 and Michael 3-19-84. Debbie and David had given the little girl up to a family that was caring for them and all the children during the entire pregnancy. Very little information due to the privacy of being a closed adoption.
