Searching for my brother. I was told he was born 9/23/1987 and it’s possible his birthday certificate reads Keith Lawrence Green or Keith Lawrence Kopfer. I was also told he was adopted out to San Antoni, TX. Our birth mother’s name is Judith (Judie) Frances Kopfer. I was born 12/26/1983 and there is a total of 5 of us (4 girls and 1 boy) that were adopted out from 83-88. I have connected with the other 3 girls but we are searching for the last of us, our brother.
