I am the birth mother to Christopher and Matthew Bellis. They were both born in Grayson County, which is Sherman/Denison Texas. Dr. Thornton delivered Christopher at 2:05pm on August 19th 2005. Dr. Abrantis delivered Matthew on November 8th 2006 at 1:05pm at TMC hospital. My name is Amber Turner date of birth 8/24/85. I was born in Gatesville Texas. The birth father is Joe Allen Bellis. Date of birth January 22nd 1968. Child protective services took them away from me November 2008 and the following year their case was shut with a closed adoption. In my heart, they were basically stolen. I was a young mom with multiple babies in diapers. I did not have a chance to get them back. They were 1 and 2 when they were taken, they’re about to be 14 and 15. I want them to know I haven’t forgotten them. They are very much loved and missed dearly. I obviously do not want to wreck any stability they may have with their adopted family. They were babies so they do not remember me at all. I have no idea if they even know they’re adopted. But I at least what them to know they’re loved by so many! I have ALL of their baby photos and baby memories written down in their baby books. They deserve to have these memories. They both have Uncles and Aunts and Cousins that would love to meet them. Their Great Grandmother on my Mother’s side of the family is still living and would love to meet them. We just lost my Grandpa, their Great Grandpa on August of 2020. He would have loved to meet them. Their names were listed in the obituary as great grand children. Both of my parents are deceased and both of their biological fathers parents are deceased. My kids my not even want to communicate with me. I will 100% accept that if that is their choice, but I’m at least going to try to find them. They’re both under 18 so I may have a few more years to patiently wait but I’m here.... praying for miracle.
