I was officially adopted on 1/21/80 in the 126th District Court of Travis County by my adopted parents Brenda Jo Grounds and Edward C. Grounds. I was born 3/19/79 at Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas at 5:29pm. My original name was Elizabeth Ann, my adoptive parents changed it to Jamie Lynn Grounds.
