My name is Chad Mauldin. I was born October 26, 1988 at harris methodist hospital in fort worth i believe. My birth parents names were Holly and Stan. All i have is a picture of them. Holly had been raising me by herself since i was around 2 months up till i was just over a year old. She was working multiple jobs and i stayed with the hispanic babysitter across the hall from hollys apartment(what I was told). Holly called an adoption helpline and spoke with a woman for a few hours about adoption. I was in a foster home for around 30-60 days before i was adopted. I was adopted through lutheran social services in fort worth i believe.
