2005 was a rough year for me‚ but it also was a good year. Not only was it when my addiction started but it was also the year my baby was born. I remember the day vividly one of the happiest days of my life. Little did I know I was doomed from the beginning. See I live in Texas and the system here sucks on all aspects. Collin and Dallas county CPS failed on so many levels from protecting me from neglect at the hands of my mother‚ so when I became a mother myself instead of helping me over come my addiction‚ they took my child. Here we are 2023‚ my son is now 18‚ which means he’s an adult. There hasn’t been a day that goes by that i haven’t missed my baby‚ every holiday‚ birthday‚ the day i was forced to give you up. I have shed many tears over the years from the mistakes and choices I made. They had there consequences. I would like the opportunity to try this again and be the best mother I can be. Here’s what I know he was born in Dallas county‚ Collin county took him‚ he was then transferred to fort Worth where he was adopted. I was given a p.o. box back in the day to write him but when I sent him Christmas gifts it was returned to sender. But that was a po box in Tennessee.
