My name is Kortni Ruckman. I'm 2015 I went to prison and my son Aslan Michael Penney went into the system. I signed him over under an open adoption agreement and was told that I would be able to have contact with my son after I released from prison. I was never given any paper work or contact info like I was told I would be given. I am now out and I want to know about my son. He just turned 11 in December. I'm not trying to take him back as bad as I would love that I know better than to cause him that kind of trauma and I would never do to a parent what was done to me. I just want to know him. Plz help.
