Our mother name was Rosalia Mendez Garcia and father/grandfather name is Jesus Garcia and my grandmother name is Petronila Garcia . I believe they were born in Rio Bravo‚ Tamaulipas Mexico. My mother disappear like 20 something years ago. I found a article in August of 2000 my sister and I were separated and my mother was terminate of her rights.
