Hi! I’m looking for my mom’s birth family. Her adopted name was Julie Minter. She is deceased. For her entire life‚ she wanted to find her birth family and was unable to do so. She was adopted in Dallas in 1940. The birthdate on her birth certificate is July 22‚ 1940. Her adoptive parents are listed as her parents on the birth certificate. She tried to find her birth mother/family but could not get any information.
