I have been in contact with my biological mother. She knows the identify of my biologica father but will not tell me his name. I know he had blue eyes and blonde hair and his grandmother came over from Germany. I in no way want to contact him‚ I just want to know his name to research my genealogy and know what she is hiding. There is no information that would be too upsetting for me to handle. I already know my bmom was a crack addict‚ alcoholic‚ has a record for prostitution‚ she told me my dad liked to fight and had been arrested for assault. He was incarcerated when she was pregnant and Mr. Hinson talked her into marrying him so she would not be alone and her baby had a father. She said she and my biological dad loved each other so I am wondering if he was sentenced to a long prison term. I have a right to know my biological relations. The court does not have the right to dictate whether or not I am made aware of my biological relations‚ whether for personal or health reasons. I did not asked to be born‚ abandoned or adopted‚ therefor I have the right to the names of my parents‚ which since I know my mom means knowing the name of my father. My mom has been given 6mo to live and when she is gone‚ my chances of getting a name from her are gone.
