I am looking for my biological half brother. His birth name was Kenneth "Kenny" Daniel Taylor‚ born on October 24‚ 1988. Our biological mother was named Serena Pitt-Taylor. His biological father is named Tim. Serena and Tim were 17/18 at his time of birth. Kenny was relinquished around the time he was 6 months old‚ although I am not sure of the exact date. He was born in Portland Oregon and at time of relinquishment resided in Multnomah County. I have been told his adoptive parents might have resided in Texas at the time they took custody although that is unconfirmed. It is likely he would have medium to dark brown hair and hazel/brown eyes as indicated in his baby pictures. After my brother’s relinquishment our biological mother went on to give birth to 3 more children‚ myself (born in 1990)‚ 1 younger brother (born 1991)‚ and 1 younger sister (born 1992). All of our biological mother’s children were relinquished and subsequently adopted by relatives. His biological father Tim had no other children we are aware of and from my understanding has no long has the ability to have children.
