My biological mother is Belinda Laurel Pennington. She had me when she was 15 years old and she lived at 4537 West O.S.T. Drive in Houston, TX. I was born on September 10, 1975 at East Coast General Hospital. My biological mother passed away 20 years ago and never told me who my biological father is.
