I was born in Mineral Wells‚ TX in 1966. My birth father’s name was Jack Waddell. My birth mother’s name was Cynthia (Cyndi) Jo Johnson. She was a bartender at Fort Wolter’s Army base in Mineral Wells‚ TX. I have not been able to find any marriage records for them. I was adopted by my step-father‚ Jerry Holbrooks at 1976-1978 and have not been able to find any other birth certificate prior to my adoption.
