PUBLIC NOTICE / FAMILY INQUIRY..TWINS My name is Eva Oku (maiden name: Turner). I am seeking information regarding possible siblings born to my mother during a time when I was living out of state. THEY ARE TWINS!!! They should be in their late 20s‚ early 30s Between 1994 and 2000‚ while I was living in Minnesota‚ my mother‚ Rosie Jean Turner‚ also known as “Batty” and “Joiner‚” reportedly gave birth to twins. My mother passed away in November 2025‚ and my father passed in March 2021. Family and community members have shared that my mother was visibly pregnant during that period. However‚ when it was time for her to give birth‚ my father‚ who was always present for her deliveries‚ was denied the opportunity to be there when my mother gave birth. I have also been told by the man named Edward Wallace involved‚ but I have not received any solid or documented proof‚ that she was pregnant. I am not seeking to disrupt anyone’s life‚ only to find the truth and to know whether I have other siblings out there. If you have ANY information‚ no matter how small‚ regarding: Twins born to Rosie Jean Turner between 1994–2000‚ The circumstances surrounding their birth‚ Or any adoption‚ family placement‚ or private arrangements made during that time.
