I am, merrisa deprima. My little brother, Lyven fre was raised by our father and I. I dropped out of school to help my dad raise him while his mother did crack in the bathroom for days... She ended up leaving and not contacting us anymore summer of 2012 In March of 2014 I moved to Maryland from Texas. My father fell I’ll. So April of 2015 him and my little brother, lyven moved up here to be with my and the rest of the family. Lyvens mother, Christina still being in Texas and not apart of his life. My dad was getting medical treatment and ended up passing away April 12th 2015. A CPS worker had called me and asked me if I had Lyven because there was a case against Christina and had me send photos of lyven and I to her as proof I had him.. then out of the blue Christina calls me and says she wants Lyven back. I talked to a social worker here in Maryland about keeping him and she told me if she provided his transportation back to Texas I had to send him back and so I did. Before I had the time to start a custody case against her for lyven it was to late and she had gave him away and signed her rights away... I don’t think it is right when he has a big sister 2 big brother’s, nephews, a neice and a loving actual family here that wants him.. it not fair! Please help me!
