It’s been years obviously, but we were always told that her mother was a young girl, who either didnt want the baby or her parents wouldnt allow her to keep the baby, we were never for sure which. All of this was true up until just recently. We just went to a furneral for my Tia, and I started asking questions to my family to see if they knew anything about my moms adoption. Other than what weve been told, it’s always been very hush hush and extremely secretive. Even when weve tried to open her birth records, the only thing we can find is her birth certificate with her adopted parents names on it. Just very sketchy all together. One of my aunts was talking to my mother and I, and this is going to sound extremely crazy, but my Tia said that from what she knows, in 1973 there were 3 baby girls kidnapped from a hospital in El Paso, Texas, and a few days later, a family friend and judge in El Paso suddenly had 3 babys for sale. Not adoption, for sale. He came to my moms adopted parents and they decided to buy one of the baby girls. The reason no one was able to prove that the girls were kidnapped is because well, it’s the 70s, and the judge was able to tamper and mess with hospital records. Supposedly after the births of the babies, the staff that did the delivery were also gone. The mothers apparently went on the news to plead for their children but were told they were delusional and crazy because there was no proof of the actual births.
