I was born at St. Paul hospital in Dallas, TX on 8-8-1968 at approximately 9:32AM. I was pre arranged for adoption several months before my birth and it is possible my birth mother was approximately 17 years of age. The adoption was handled through attorney Paul Lokey in Dallas. He was contacted a year or so ago but he advised he did not keep records from his practice back in the 60’s.
