My mom was adopted by Arthur F. and Ethel B. Higgins, from a Catholic orphanage in Dallas, TX. I have family photos of my grandparents holding my mom when she was 3 weeks old. All persons involved are deceased. I am doing geneological research of our family and would like to know the ethnicity of my mom’s birth parents. She was adopted into an Irish family living in Boston, but her complexion was olive colored and she was tall and slim, even in later years. Please advise if you have any info that could be helpful.
