The only thing i was told was my mothers name which is Evangeline Rawls. Also that i was born in El Paso Texas although my birth certificate with my 2nd adopted parents names on it says Brewster Texas. I recently did 23&me to find out my ethnicity which is european which i was told my mom was white and south african which i was told my dad was black. Ive been adopted twice and in and out of foster homes. I am now 31 years old and in desperate desire of finding my birth mother. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
