I was adopted out of Tom Green county, Texas either in December of ’65 or early ’66. My birth father’s name was William/bill Schneider (not sure of spelling) and mother was Ronda Neil (not sure of spelling). I believe they later got married after I was given up but I was told they had 2 to 3 more children.
