My daughter‚ Charlotte Diane West‚ was born in Jackson‚ Mississippi on April 15‚ 1970 at University Hospital of Jackson. I left the hospital with her with a nurse there‚ because I didn’t want to give her up‚ but had to return to my Father’s home where she was taken from me approximately a month after her birth‚ by my stepmother‚ Ann West. She was then sold to a greyhound bus driver and his wife in Texas. I have been searching for her for many‚ many years‚ but was told that the information on her birth certificate may have been altered. My name at the time of her birth was Brenda Gayle West and I was 17 years old.
