I come from a family of 9 children. My adoption papers had us as 7 children‚ but my mother had two more children after I was placed for adoption making a total of 9. A petition was filed with the Dallas County Court on May 23rd‚ 1967‚ noting that my parents gave away their rights om April 5‚ 1967‚ we were originally placed with Dallas County Child Welfare then possibly Buckner Children's Home‚ but I was adopted from Hope Cottage. I was blessed enough to have a judge open my records and have since reunited with 5 siblings‚ but we are still missing 3 brothers. Charles Wayne Forster born 12/14/61 and Barry Dale Foster born 09/21/64 Our court documents are filed under my brother that was the oldest of the 4 placed for adoption EX PARTE George Edward Foster ET AL. It has been 57 years and we still are trying to locate the brothers placed for adoption with us. Both of our parents are deceased but so far all the siblings are alive and well.
