I was born in Austin TX Vicky Carrzales I believe that was my biological mother’s name biological fathers name was redacted. I have a brother we were told we are biological brothers. He’s a year younger probably 8 inches taller and 100lbs more than I. His biological mother’s name is different than mine‚ and his biological fathers name too is redacted. I was told at 15 between 1-3yrs old I was in 21 foster homes before our parents foster adopted us. They got us in 1983 and we were adopted in 1984. In 1984 we moved to NY so I don’t know where the adoption was truly finalized.
